Vario-Block out Tray

Duplicate to the last detail: Our Vario duplicating flask system in two sizes allows even expansion of the investment compound models.

Select one of two duplication types: Duplication with base impression (e.g. for split-cast models, silicone consumption 100 g to 140 g depending on size) or economy duplication using the block-out shell and block-out silicone (silicone consumption 60 g to 90 g depending on size).

The Vario duplicating flask consists of:

• base shell as flask closure
• block-out shell for socket-free duplication
• model plate for holding the working model for duplication with base impression
• collar as shaping enclosure
• Vario plate to stabilise the silicone mould
• silicone collar for pouring the model base
